• Service Agreement: The services provided by AdBinary are subject to the terms outlined in our service agreement, which will be signed before the commencement of any work.
• Data Security and Confidentiality: AdBinary is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of client data in compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Liabilities: AdBinary will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of outsourced services, except where due to AdBinary’s negligence.
• Payment Terms: Payments must be made as per the invoicing schedule agreed upon in the service agreement. Failure to pay may result in a suspension of services until payment is received.
